Privacy notice

Art with Julia Borovyk, 11550 Webb Bridge Way, Suite B2, Alpharetta, GA 30005. This notice covers the website juliaclasses.com, the booking form, the class forms Julia sends parents, and the emails the studio sends.

What is collected

  • Booking a class: the parent's name, email, phone, the child's first name and age, and the dates chosen.
  • The class forms: what the parent answers about the child — allergies, anything medical that matters during the hour in the studio, an emergency contact, who may collect the child — plus the photo permission and the signed liability waiver.
  • With every signature: the typed name, the date and time, the IP address and browser the form was signed from, the exact text that was on the screen, and the address the link was sent to. This is what makes the signature a record rather than a claim.
  • On the website: anonymous page views. No advertising profile is built and no data is sold, ever.

Why it is collected

To run the class safely and to keep the studio's own records: to know what a child is allergic to before they sit at the table, to reach someone if a parent cannot be reached, to know whether a photo may be shared, and to hold the signed waiver.

Who can see it

Two people: Julia and one other administrator. Nobody else has an account, and the answers about a child's health are never sent in an email, never posted to a chat, and never leave the database.

Where it is stored

In the studio's database at Supabase, on servers in the United States. Names, email addresses and booking details — never a health answer — also pass through the tools that send the studio's messages: Activepieces (which runs the studio's automations), Telegram (where Julia gets a card for a new booking), and Gmail (which sends the confirmation and the form link).

How long it is kept

  • Signed waivers and photo permissions: kept until the child's twentieth birthday. A signature is never deleted or edited; a change is recorded as a newer entry beside it.
  • Questionnaire answers: reviewed twelve months after the child's last class and replaced with "[redacted]" when they are no longer needed.
  • Photo permission: applies while the child is enrolled and for two years after their last class, or until it is withdrawn.

Photos and artwork

Photos are shared only on juliaclasses.com and on the Art with Julia Borovyk Instagram and Facebook accounts, with the child's first name only, and never in printed flyers or paid advertising. You can change your answer at any time by text or email; published material comes down within fourteen days. The full text is on the waiver page and in the permission form itself.

Emails

Booking confirmations and the form link are part of running the class. Class reminders and the studio's occasional news can be turned off from the link at the bottom of any of those emails, and turning them off changes nothing about the class.

Corrections and deletion

Text or email Julia and say what you want changed or removed. You do not need a reason. A signature stays on file — the law is the reason it exists — but the answers about your child can be corrected or redacted, and everything else can be deleted.
