Is the first class really free?
Yes, the first trial class is free for all new students.
What if my child does not like the class?
No problem. After the trial class you can decide whether to continue or not.
Can we join in the middle of the month?
Yes, if you join in the middle of the month, any unused classes will be saved and carried over to the next month.
Rescheduling policy
If your child cannot come, tell us from the Parent Portal at least 24 hours before the class — or at least 2 hours before it if they are ill — and the class goes back to your package and is added to the end of your child's schedule. One class a month for each student; a second absence in the same month is used up. Unused classes from a course can be moved to another month by agreement.
Before the first class every family reads and signs the liability waiver. Julia sends it with a short questionnaire and the photo permission as one link.
